Most libraries in Kerala still rely on physical records for book cataloging, member registration, and due amount tracking. This manual system leads to inefficiencies, such as misplaced records, delays in book returns, and difficulties in managing overdue payments. Additionally, the lack of a centralized digital database makes it hard for libraries to streamline operations and provide users with real-time access to book availability and membership details.
Sub Library System
The platform not only manages book distributions to individual members but also supports a Sub Library System, where bulk books are issued to sub-librarians. These sub-librarians act on behalf of the main library, distributing books to members in their local communities or directly to their homes.
Sub-librarians can access the platform via the web app or install the PWA to manage book distributions, track dues, and update records on mobile devices, ensuring efficient last-mile delivery.
